I am running Bamboo Plan Branches on Bitbucket feature branches.
Is it possible to retrieve the ID of the Pull Request (if there is any open) from the feature branch that is built by the respective Bamboo Plan Branch so that I use it during the build?

It's not possible yet, but you can vote and track https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-18350 to be notified when this feature request will be addressed. Also there's workaround you can use in a script task
