We just upgraded from Bamboo 3.3.2 to 4.0

We are noticing quite a few errors since the upgrade.

Symptons

  • Each time that we open up a plan or a build result, the browser hangs for about 15-20 seconds before continuing.
  • The "Application Links" section of the admin area 404s
  • There are errors in the bamboo log all over the place, the big one is:
    • [OsgiPlugin] Detected an error (BundleException) enabling the plugin 'com.atlassian.activeobjects.activeobjects-plugin' : Unresolved constraint in bundle com.atlassian.activeobjects.activeobjects-plugin [20]: Unable to resolve 20.0: missing requirement [20.0] package; (&(package=com.atlassian.activeobjects.spi)(version>=0.17.0)) [caused by: Unable to resolve 21.0: missing requirement [21.0] package; (&(package=javax.sql)(version>=0.0.0.1_006_JavaSE)(version<=0.0.0.1_006_JavaSE))]. This error usually occurs when your plugin imports a package from another bundle with a specific version constraint and either the bundle providing that package doesn't meet those version constraints, or there is no bundle available that provides the specified package. For more details on how to fix this, see http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/1xy6D
    • Before we were getting another error about the JiraApplicationLink plugin and timeout waiting for service that seemed to synchronize whenever we would have the formentioned hangup problems

Here is the other error we are getting at the time of the hangups when accessing the build result pages:

ERROR [qtp10935283-14] [DefaultWebInterfaceManager] Could not evaluate condition 'com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.jiraPlugin.JiraResult
