Error when launching karma phantomjs browser based bamboo task

Running bamboo server on windows 2012 r2 machine.  I can remote into the server and run this script successfully.  When launching it in a plan, I receive the following error regarding the karma phantom js browser:

I read that discussion as well, and I did add the interactwithdesktop ability to the Apache Tomcat Bamboo Service, which I'm assuming is the only service Bamboo uses.  Still get the same error.

Upon Googling, I found this discussion mentioning that it could be due to windows restriction of not being able to run GUI apps if the parent process is a service.

If you are running Bamboo as a service, can you add InteractWithDesktop ability to your Bamboo service account and see if it helps?
