Environment.ts file does not proper details after build

Environment.Dev.ts files needs to be copied to environment.ts during dev build. Environment.qa.ts to environment. Ts on qa build. But when final wars are created both dev.war and qa.war has environment. Dev.ts despite of mentioning which ts file needs to be copied in POM.xml

I am afraid some your statements do not make sense.  I think I can work out what most of them are getting at, and the answer is "Yes, you can copy the file around during a build, just set up a task in the plan to do it, one that looks at the environment to determine which one to copy."

But I can't begin to guess what your last sentence means.
