Does server hosted Bamboo work cloud hosted JIRA?

We are currently running JIRA+Confluence in the cloud and are considering Bamboo (server hosted with the Marketplace add-on for TFS Repository by Stellarity Software).  Our current code repository is TFS 2010.  Are there any integration constraints for serve-hosted Bamboo with cloud-hosted JIRA?

That should work just fine, contact support if it does not. The communication between Bamboo and JIRA is over HTTP. Obviously, for JIRA->Bamboo communication, your server has to be exposed to the Internet (you can lock down the IPs though).
