Does bamboo have a notification helper like JIRA does?

I am having a hard time trying to figure out why certian users are not recieving branch notifications even though they have it marked as favorite. They are also either a commenter or submitter. The branches are set to use the default build notifactions which are the same. I have the same configuration and the people in question and I reviece them fine.

There's no JIRA-like notification helper. Try bumping up logging on com.atlassian.bamboo.notification (via Administration/Log Settings)
