If you are using Bitbucket Server, you may use Bamboo. If you're on Bitbucket Cloud, use pipelines. With this, I assume you are using Bitbucket server and below are the answers to your queries.
-- To create a project in Bamboo, click on Create -> Create Project.
-- To integrate Bamboo with Bitbucket, create an application link in Bamboo as explained here and you are good to add repositories in a plan.
-- To deploy, follow this link.
