Cron based scheduling and plans dependencies in bamboo

Hello,

Actually, we need to run our bamboo plan basing on two things:The actual day and the status of another plan.

If we configure a cron based scheduling and check the trigger condition "only run build if other plans are currently passing" in triggers configuration page for a bamboo plan, would both conditions(the cron and the dependency with the other plan) be checked before running the plan please?
