Is there any in Bamboo to create new tab in build page like we have build summary, test, commits? I would like to show one html file generated in build in some tab, this feature is available in Teamcity.

Only plugins can create additional tabs on Build page. For samples look at https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/bamboo-build-times-plugin/overview
