Create a new plan in Bamboo CI

Im trying to link git lab repository on bamboo CI, unfortunately it does not work. I already added the Repository root URL, username and the password.. I tried to click Test connection button, the result is "We couldn't connect to the repository. The details you provided were invalid."

Is GitLab behind a firewall? What happens when you use the same credentials to clone the Git repository manually from the same machine via a command prompt?

No its not behind the firewall.

Ive tried to call git repository using source tree, it was successfully connected. And I tried to link svn repository to bamboo ci, it was successfully connected. Then hit the button create plan it redirected to internal server error page.
