Hello,
Suppose that we have a develop and uat branch in defined in a repository and it uses Maven to build its jar package, since our project has many junit test cases built in,
so each maven build action would take more than 15 mins to complete.
We want to see if Bamboo can trigger normal maven build with test cases run, but in uat branch build, maven build can be skipped with a skip test parameter provided.

There is a plugin you can use to achieve this goal. It is called Conditional tasks for Bamboo.
There is a brief explanation about it in this thread:
In your case, you want to run the task for develop but not for uat.
