Can we put our Bamboo jobs under source control (Git/Mercurial)?

Hi all,

We have a Bamboo CI server, and we'd like to get the actual Jobs configuration (steps, tasks, variables, etc) under source control, so that we can track changes. I've searched the FAQ, but have not found a way to do this.

I've seen people doing similar things on Hudson/Jenkins through a plugin (SCM Sync configuration plugin)

Thanks for any pointers to a solution for this!

Job configurations are stored as XML in the database (build_definition table), so technically, yes, you should be able to do it. I am not aware of any plugins that make it easier, though.
