Hi there,

Im using a bamboo  admin account (one that i created during installation). I can create groups and users however on the group and user list the users and groups are not there. Im using and external database i can see the users and groups on the respective cwd tables. Also the edit permission option on Global permissions is not available. I look at the logs (atlassian-bamboo) but no errors i see. I ddnt change anything on the user directories

Im usering Bamboo 6.6.0 build number 60604 and Sql Server

Thanks

Hi Samson,

Are you using an external user repository (e.g LDAP)? Could you please access the Cog>Overview>User Directories and see what you have there? You might need to rearrange the order of your user directories.

thanks.

Hi Gabriel,

So far i have the default values for user directories (Bamboo Internal Directory). I was hoping that with the default use directory i can get going
