Can't find bamboo's jetty.xml

Jothi November 29, 2017

Hi,

when I'm trying to change binding address for bamboo in Bamboo's Jetty I have to edit webapp/WEB-INF/classes/jetty.xml , I didn't find any file like that in my directory.

[root@localhost atlassian-bamboo-6.2.3]# cd webapps/
[root@localhost webapps]# ls
[root@localhost webapps]# ll
total 0

Can anyone please help me on this?

Hi Jothi,

Thanks for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

Bamboo 6.2.3 uses Apache Tomcat instead of Jetty as a webserver, so the address can be updated in the server.xml file. This can be found in

atlassian-bamboo-6.2.3/conf/server.xml

Although you might not be using a proxy, we have some examples of how to configure the Tomcat webserver on this documentation:

Proxying Atlassian server applications with Apache HTTP Server (mod_proxy_http)

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
