Bamboo unable to login to Subversion

paul read January 1, 2013

We are trying to set up Bamboo to work with Subversion. From the server we have installed Bamboo on I can browse to Subversion and see the projects, ok, BUT entering the same details in Bamboo we get the error below:

This is not a valid Subversion Repository: svn: E170001: Negotiate authentication failed: 'No valid credentials provided'

Can you try to add the following explicitly to you eenviroment variables:

-Dsvnkit.http.methods=Basic,Digest,Negotiate,NTLM

For me add domain name before user name solved the problem. But the error message is not informative at all.

Where would I edit the environment variable in Windows to insert the line shown above?

Edit the file {{conf/wrapper.conf}} file and add the line

wrapper.java.additional.X=-Dsvnkit.http.methods=Basic,Digest,Negotiate,NTLM

Please replace capital X with the next available digit in the series of java additionals and retsart Bamboo for the changes to take effect

wrapper.conf is not available in C:\Program Files\Bamboo\conf
