Bamboo is successfully creating an instance in our VPC, but looks to be unable to connect. Bamboo is associating an elastic IP (routable). I am unable to ssh to the instance.
Troubleshooting I created a new EIP, dis-associated the original, and associated the new. Initially I cannot ssh to the instance. After several minutes I am able to ssh to the instance and from the instance connect to resources on the other side of the tunnel. I moved the IP back to the original assigned by Bamboo, but the Bamboo instance dashboard continued to report pending (doesn't look to have been able to connect). Bamboo finally deletes the instance.
Any help is much appreciated.
