Based on the partial log entry provided, it is difficult to say what is causing the redirecting requests. In order to investigate this issue further it would best restarting Bamboo so new log entries would be generated and check for ERROR or FATAL in the logs located at:

• <bamboo-install>/logs/catalina.*
• <bamboo-install>/logs/bamboo-std*
• <bamboo-home>/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log

I would also like to point out that, besides the official documentation for upgrading Bamboo, there's a pretty handy knowledge base article that outlines the steps you need to take to perform the restore/upgrade using a different approach: Upgrade/Migrate Bamboo.
