Bamboo outage. Unable to start and unable find log file. Pls help

Dear Manish,

Bamboo records all server activity in the atlassian-bamboo.log. The location of the atlassian-bamboo.log file can be viewed in Bamboo's System Information under the 'Bamboo Paths' section. 

I believe this could be because there is a directory path invalid. Can you check the logs for me?

Pls find the relevant file. Can you pls assist us as this is SEV 1 for us as there are no jobs running for past two days.
 
Pls change the severity to highest level.
