Bamboo not starting up after restore from backup


After a full restore of Bamboo, the Bamboo application is not starting up, error

Caused by: "bamboo-home/index/results/segments_ahph and this file is not in any of the backups? Any advice?

Hi Roman

Try the following:

  • stop Bamboo
  • remove bamboo-home/index/results directory
  • start Bamboo
  • go to Administration / Indexing and enforce full reindex of Bamboo

@Krystian Buszkowski - thank you, after some time researching this, it was exactly what we needed to do. Thank you for your response, it worked. 

@Rafael Sperafico - forgive me if its a silly question, but how do I open a support ticket? We have an on premise installation.
