Can Bamboo be configured with a default recipient address for internal issues (e.g. authentication to source repo, agent unavailable etc.)?

Hi Richard,

As mentioned in this document, notifications in Bamboo are triggered by a range of events for a plan, including build completion, build outcomes and comments being posted against build results. You can choose whether to receive notifications by email, IM, both or neither.

This means that it is currently not possible to configure notifications for internal issues like the ones you've mentioned. A quick search in our public issue tracker returned some open requests that you might be interested:
