Bamboo build throwing an error, command line is fine

Osman Ullah July 17, 2013

I have a bamboo build which packages and signs an Adobe AIR application. This uses a program called adt which takes in a certificate and uses it to sign the app. The entire build works fine until it comes time to sign the app and I get the following error:

"Packaging failed. Make sure your computer time is in sync and your certificate is valid"

I know this is an error in ADT, and I should go to Adobe for help. However, when I run the same ant task by hand on the build machine I do not have any problems. Something is different when the Bamboo build runs, and I can't figure it out. Can anyone help me try to troubleshoot this problem?

We had this running fine on an older Windows XP build agent. I am trying to set up a new Windows 7 build agent and I am getting the error.

Thanks

I fixed this issue by changing the Bamboo Agent Service to run under my user account instead of the system account. Everything looks good now.
