Bamboo and Robocopy

Hello All,

I'm currently having some "unknown" issues with deployment of a MSBuild project using Bamboo and I'm writing here hopefully someone has some clues on how to fix this .

Setup: Bamboo Server running on Windows Server 2012R2 on local Administrator account.

The Issues: I'm using robocopy task to copy files from build server to environments. The bamboo server is located in one AD and the Deployment machine on other AD. The problem is that the Deploy Job hangs when robocopy tries to access the remote share in a different domain. If I run the command manually it works..but from inside bamboo it doesn't sad

I've had similar problems and resolved it by running Bamboo under the same user/domain.

This way robocopy used the bamboo username which had access to the share.
