I have git 1.9.4, bamboo 6.1.1, and bitbucket 4.14.9 running on Linux boxes not connected to the internet
We have 2 Repositories one is the main_project and the other is a submodule that is used by the main_project. The log shows it successfully checking out the correct submodule SHA# and when I go to the test space it has the correct SHA# for the submodule. But when I do a git status it shows that there are commits missing from the submodule (needing a git submodule update)
It use to work but there was a change in the submodule and now my tests are failing
When I enabled submodules it tried to get the submodule but it failed authentication
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47041959/storing-ssh-key-for-bamboo-deployments
said to use 6.3 but I'm stuck at 6.1.1
and I can't save SSH keys because my bamboo is root and I don't have that kind of permissions
