Bamboo - Variable Executable Path

I have several windows batch files that I use to perform various CI tasks (run parameterized MSBuild, etc.). Those batch files sit in the root of my repo. Is it possible to run these batch files from the repo pull that Bamboo does in my Bamboo plan? Or do I need to put them in a location outside of the plan folders and reference them as static fixed locations?

You can run them from the repo pull. Just use them in a ScripTask.

Can you provide a little more detail as to how a ScriptTask would remedy this problem?

Can you provide more detail on how exactly to accomplish this? Adding the script task as \Source\File.bat doesn't work.
