Bamboo : Remote agents does not showup

Hi Team!

I created local and remote and remote agents.  Remote agents are approved and Agent authentication is successful.  But i do not see them listed down. I see the following "A remote agent is loading" and "there are no online remote agents configured on bamboo instance"

As per online suggestion, i removed jms-store. But did not help.

Hi Dinesh,

I would start with the Troubleshooting Remote Agents knowledge base article.  If that does not help the next step will be to review the Bamboo logs.  You may see an error such as the following:

Broker URI: is invalid: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

If you see that you would need to change the Broker client URI. While that is one of the errors you may see, it is not the only error you could see but we'll need more informaiton to determine what the issue could be.
