Bamboo Remote Agent some times unresponsive

Bamboo Remote Agent some times unresponsive and the Remote agent logs contains a lot of "received expired message" logs like the following one:

The Remote agent is a windows 10 virtual machine created by qemu on a linux server

Which version of Bamboo is it? If it's not recent, you may want to check the clock sync between agent and server.

Bamboo version is 5.7.2. where to find the clock sync settings between the agent and server ?
and also if I managed to update the Bamboo server will it solve the problem ? 

Yes, I am pretty certain it will solve your problem. Clock settings - just make sure that the OS has the correct time on the agent and the server. Again, this should not be needed if you upgrade (but keeping the system clocks in sync is a good idea in general).
