Is it possible to set it so when plan branches are enabled it is required to have Delete Plan Branch details set?
Reason being is there was a case recently where plan branches was switched on for a repo with a large number of branches and without delete plan the server slowed to a crawl attempting to create a plan branch for every single branch.
