Pls find the relevant file. Can you pls assist us as this is SEV 1 for us as there are no jobs running for past two days.
 
Pls change the severity to highest level.

Just for future reference, we have been supporting Bamboo Starter License users exclusively through the Atlassian Community since July 10 2017 as announced in this blog.

Hope that clarifies why your query was redirected to the community.
