Bamboo - Modify JOB Label

In Bamboo 3.4.X if you were editing a plan, drilled down to a Stage and selected a Job, you would view the list of Tasks in that Job. In the upper right, the Actions dropdown had a item "Modify Job Label" on it that would let you apply labels to the JOB, similar to Plan and build result Labels. In Bamboo 4.1, this menu item / feature does not seem to be available any more. Was the feature removed or moved elsewhere?

It was removed, you can't put labels at Job level anymore.
