There doesn't seem to be an exclude option in the copy pattern from what I have seen so far. Have tried out various ant combinations but none of them have worked out. A probable work around is to have a final task in the build plan which can be a script (one which copies your files to a location excluding the files that you wont need) and then use that location in your copy pattern,
