we are trying bamboo newly in our organization and we have setup one master and trying to run multiple build plans. however, it was observered that it is running only one job at a time. Is it possible to run multiple plans in parallel on same agent?

My knowledge is limited to the Download licensing, the agent count for licensing is for individual agent processes of Bamboo which would be spread to multiple machines. There is also the local agents (/admin/agent/viewAgents.action) which is basically your threading/parallel/concurrent builds. The local agents are limited only to your resources, and will each process a single build/deployment at a time.
