Are bamboo specs supported in perforce repositories?

Simple question: When using a perforce repository type, can you also use bamboo specs (java, yaml, both?)

I have seen some information which appears to be conflicting.  For example, this help article does not list that perforce is supported ( but there are some jira issues that seem to indicate the issue has been resolved (

When I look in a perforce linked repository configuration, I don't see any options for "Scan for bamboo specs" like the documentation indicates.

Perforce is not supported yet. There's feature request to gather interest of Bamboo users in this functionality.

Right now it has 0 votes and it's not at our roadmap for the next 6 months.
