Am I missing something?

I was trying to force my Bamboo server to use SVN 1.7 and was struggling to find the files mentioned in this article.  But then I noticed the "Repository Settings" under the admin panel to do this.  (Bamboo 12.3).  Can we get this article updated to help people with newer Bamboo versions?
