A system administrator has disabled your connection to the Atlassian Marketplace server.

I am using Bamboo OnDemand.

When I go to 'Manage add-ons" page, it says 'A system administrator has disabled your connection to the Atlassian Marketplace server.' and I cannot access to the Marketplace.

How can I find and install new add-ons from the Marketplace?

You can't.

OnDemand has a limited set of addons you can enable and you do that via your OnDemand account, not via the plugin manager. You can still use the marketplace to identify addons you can use.
