I'm working on creating a more robust notification setup for Bamboo to Google's Hangout Chat, integrating it with the Stash api. To do this I would like Bamboo to be able to send a json (or any format) object to an endpoint I've setup, parse it, make a REST call or two to Stash then posting a card to a room in the Hangout Chat. I'm running into difficulties with this as there seems to be no way to tell bamboo to send an object/request of any sort to an endpoint I've created.
I'm able to get Bamboo to send notifications to Hangout's chat, but it's pretty bland, and could use some extra oomph.
Am I missing something? Or is this not a thing that's possible? If not, why not?

I haven't found anything in bitbucket or bamboo in my research.
