Not showing "To DO" or "In Progress" or "Impediment" by JQL in automation script
Hello all,
I try to get shown "To DO" or "In Progress" or "Impediment" in the email I send with JQL code in the content.
The only text that is shown is 10000 for "To Do" and a 3 for "In Progress". How can I change or resolve the displayed text for this?
I will send the 2 screenshots with this. The automation and the email thats received.
I hope someone can help.
