Atlassian User Group Meetup in Shanghai

On May 18th, the first Atlassian User Group user event kicked off in Shanghai, with the dream of using technology to change the future. Nearly 100 users gathered in Shanghai's most modern WeWork shared office space and actively participated in the AUG.

We believe that with the continuous efforts and promotion of community partners, frequent gatherings, technical interactions, and experience sharing will certainly be the norm.

Mr. Fan hopes to tell you through his sharing: What is the key to agile transformation, is the method, the tool, the cognition? Only when the cognition and behavior are consistent, the enterprise agile transformation is expected to succeed.

Topic 2: Plugins make Jira even more powerful, using technology to change the future

Mr. Du shared his experience in plug-in selection and other aspects. He likened Jira to an aircraft carrier, and the plug-in was like a carrier carrier. Help us from the repetitive workflow of humans to fully automated, and then to AI to help us realize the dreams of each of us.

Topic 4: Collaborative process for large cross-team projects

Mr. Dapeng shared their agile practices and insights on large-scale teams. In the case of complex business, systems and teams, the division of management dimensions has a translation gap. After a year of exploration, they designed a four-level structure and began to appreciate the benefits that agile brings to the organization.
