Team ‘23 is just around the corner, and we’re looking for inspiring speakers (like you!) to share their stories at the ultimate event for modern teamwork. Team '23 runs April 18–20, 2023 live in Las Vegas — will you be part of the action?
What is Team '23?
Team '23 is the ultimate event for modern teamwork. Attendees from around the globe are invited to explore the ways in which teamwork, humanity, and tech intersect, and learn about how Atlassian products and solutions can help unleash their team's full potential.
We’re looking for ways you build thriving teams through unique practices or Atlassian products, and we encourage individuals of all backgrounds and levels of speaking experience to submit a proposal.

Additionally, if you're selected as a speaker, you will receive full speaker assistance from an assigned Atlassian partner who will help you with your presentation, deadlines, and other deliverables. You’ll also get access to a robust speaker resource center and playbook to help you prepare for your talk, as well as a speaker coach and assistance with building out your presentation.
Don’t worry — we accept all levels of speaking experience for our flagship conference. We’re looking for fresh ideas and new perspectives — if you’ve got that, then you’re golden. Review our tips for a winning submission to increase your chances of being selected.
What are this year's themes?:
ITSM: IT is in the midst of rapid transformation, but old ways of working constrain progress. Learn about how Atlassian’s ITSM solution empowers teams from support, operations, development, and beyond to deliver great service at scale.
Agile & DevOps: Modernize your software development practices with the power of Atlassian's agile and DevOps products, and ecosystem partners. Learn how development teams, IT teams, and the business can improve collaboration, break down silos, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Open work management: Digital transformation changes the way work gets done and how people work together. New workflows and practices are created, adapted, and evolved by teams to orchestrate the way they deliver value. Atlassian Work Management is a disruptive new subscription that powers teamwork from start to finish so teams can hit their goals faster.
Teamwork culture: Unleashing your team’s full potential requires a combination of the right products, practices, and culture. Learn about effective collaboration with tools like Trello, Confluence, and new product innovations that help keep everyone on the same page. Explore the vital elements that go into building high-performing teams and how to assess and develop what’s essential for distributed workforces to remain productive, healthy, and resilient.
If your topic doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories, or if it spans a few, that’s okay. We care about innovative and creative content that will solve our audience’s most pressing issues. If that sounds like your session, then we want to hear from you!
What kinds of sessions can I submit for?
We have a wide variety of session formats this year, both for in-person and digital audiences. Please note, we now require all sessions, including demos and theater sessions, to be submitted through Call for Speakers:

How do I draft a winning submission?
Be sure to lead with the value and list the top supporting points that you’ll dive into in your session. Use metrics and numbers, if you have them, but don’t drown them in data. Pick the most important stats and tie them to your supporting points.

When is the deadline?
The Call for Speakers for Team ‘23 is open — don’t miss your chance to submit a talk proposal. The deadline for speaker submissions is November 10.
