Hi All,
Recently we face one problem post Jira server to cloud migration with zephyr plugin below is the error:
"errorType":"ERROR","clientMessage":"We encountered some problems during processing this request. Please try again!","errorCode":111}"
The migrated project is not able to reindex zephyr plugin execution, we spent hours to figure out what's wrong with migration as we have got the post migration logs which shows all data migration completed successfully but that R&D we did for hours will definitely saves your time and solve issue quickly!
We have all data from plugin just missing the Test execution data and it will only available to view post successful test execution reindex for migrated project from zephyr app configuration.
Solution: Add the jira-addon-user to the administer project permission and also browse and edit permission in project permission scheme, and then try reindex for Execution it will work.

Yes @Taranjeet Singh , while searching for error we have not find anything similar hence thought of writing this,it would help more people and solve problem quickly!

It explains how to use Zephyr Migration Tool (a special tool written by SmartBear) that helps migrate data from Jira Server to Jira Cloud.
this doesn't work if you already have Jira cloud installed, and you only need to affect a handful of projects?
Any other ideas please?
@Taranjeet Singh , I got the same error yesterday. But we had always haft JIRA for Cloud.
And we have re-indexed a project in Zephyr without any problems. several times.
What to do in that case?
