What happens to GSuite links in Jira of Domain A when Domain A migrates to Domain B?

We, Domain B, are migrating our sister company's domain (Domain A's Gsuite and Jira/Confluence) and we are not sure how those links will survive.  Do we have to reauthenticate each document or will they carry over automatically?

I'd recommend opening a ticket with the Atlassian Support team as it looks like there may still be some issues with linking.
