The Calendar plugin is one that I'm not aware of for cloud but there should be some cloud calendar plugin. Not sure if it's the same but it looks the same..

The Universal plugin manager (upm) is just something that is used to update your plugin and you don't need to have this on Cloud. The apps are updating themselves and you don't need to update them manually.
As for Advanced Roadmaps, that is available on Cloud! However it comes with the Premium Subscription.
