We are planning to change the domain of our Jira Cloud from domain1@atlassian.net to domain2@atlassian.net, and update team accounts from firstname.lastname@domain1.com to firstname.lastname@domain2.io.
I have reviewed the steps for migrating the domains and accounts, but I am curious about the impact on each account after the migration. Will users still be able to access their created tickets, issues, epics, log time, and other data connected to their old accounts, or will these be considered new accounts? We are concerned that existing issues might become inaccessible after the migration.
