In Jira log, we have following error message:

and we are using jira 4.0 and Jira Enhaner Plugin 1.6.1

Is there anyway to fix the issue?

Besides posting your question here, I would also recommend you to address the issue that you have to the plugin vendor to have it answered soon.

Seems that you are running JIRA 4.0 that already reached its EOL period. Any plans on upgrading anytime soon?
