If you can save it on csv format, you actually can import following the documentation below:

Hi Richie,

The links you provided have not helped me to successfully import data into JIRA. Do you have any sample files/templates that outline, what data is what & what the format has to be? Have you imported requirements and test cases using SynapseRT? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
