Just curious, what did you use to create this interactive product guide?

I like it, only criticism is that by (understandably, but also disturbingly) starting the journey with what is arguably the most fragile part of the /ai system - i.e., generating content from general 'knowledg'e - you are undermining the spiel somewhat.

@Matthias Hansen-a would you mind elaborating please?

@Daniella Latham The biggest risk with AI are hallucinations at the moment. This does not really apply when summarising, refining, etc. as the context is pre-defined. When the demo asks a more general knowledge question - in your example around marketing - I am immediately worried about the correctness of the answer; something I am not worried about when summarising or editing.

If the knowledge was exclusively derived from the Confluence instance that would be another matter; but I doubt that is the case.

In summary the demo has me immediately worried about hallucinations and the team creating incorrect content, rather than being excited about the productivity gains - which are real; I used the summary feature today when reviewing PIRs and it really sped up the process for me (to gain an overview, I then still dived into the detail and actions, but could do so quicker than without it). I use the general knowledge capability when looking up a product or term, but just as a starting point and never really to save it permanently.

interesting video.  Unfortunately I can share this blog entry easily to my colleagues (which I don't to bother with creating g a community account). Any way to share it with them?

@Matthias Hansen-a Thanks so much for sharing your in-depth thoughts on this. We are working hard on the quality of results throughout this Beta period, but completely understand your concern about hallucinations.
