Links between Confluence en Jira still pointing to the old domain name after migration

Hi,

We have migrated Confluence and Jira to a new server.
Both sites are working but were having troubles with the links.

We changed the domain name in Jira and Confluence and run re-index but still links are pointing to the old domain name...

Can anyone help me out???

Did you delete the old Application Links and create new ones? I would expect that to resolve the issue.  If not, please describe what kind of "Links" you are referring to.
