How do I migrate from Unfuddle to JIRA?

Sherelene Andrew February 10, 2020

We used to use Unfuddle for several years and now we're moving over to JIRA. However I am unable to export entire projects, only the tickets in each project and when I do import the CSV file it only imports the summary and not all the details on the tickets (attachments, effort, assignee, comments, etc.)

I've tried to look for a plug in but I cant seem to find one. Is there a way or do I have to create each project (over 700 on Unfuddle) and move the tickets for each projects over and then manually complete all the details on each ticket?

Hi @Sherelene Andrew,

this is typical situation where you would look in the Atlassian Partner Directory for a local Solution Partner. They perform migrations like this a lot and you might even be able to find one that already has experience with Unfuddle->Jira. :)

Cheers,
Sven
