ILM Brief
Clear Skye(Company which support Identity Lifecycle Management) is Servicenow Scoped Application(SaaS). Clear Skye is a complete Identity and Access Governance (IAG) solution built on the ServiceNow platform. It provides employee lifecycle automation and access requests to employee/consultant. Its complete automation workflow to manage user creation and granting access to users.
we have configured Identity Provider as Active Directory for ILM. In general, ILM request in Servicenow will automatically grant access to user for different application security groups which are configured in AD
Hi, we have ServiceNow and we use this for user access request forms and for asset management. User access requests are entered in ServiceNow but actual deployment is done using our Quantum system that generates the user-id's using a SCIM interface that was written by our Atlassian server based applications.
For the rest we use access to ServiceNow using iFrames to displays SNOW content. This is programmed in small scripts so that we can show several fields from ServiceNow in one small Confluence panel with iFrame HTML code.
The software is very specific for our company and sharing is not really possible. The way of thinking is probably something you can implement as well.
