Hi everyone,
First, thanks to everyone who attended our most recent office hours session. It’s always great to hear your feedback, and we try to answer as many questions as we can. In case you missed it, check out our recap that has answers to some of the commonly asked questions. Our next session will happen on March 6 AMER / March 7 APAC. If you’re interested in attending, make sure to watch this community so you don’t miss the registration announcement.
Next, we’re starting off 2024 with some exciting releases! Read on to see what’s new and coming soon.
Last week, we started to roll out data for unmanaged accounts to the “Account” table. To complement this data, we also added two columns to the “Account” table: Account status and Is managed.
We anticipate the data rollout to finish by mid-February, and during this rollout period, you may experience partial data. Read more about the rollout in our announcement post.
We’ve released our first set of Confluence chart templates and four more Jira Software templates. To try them out, select Create > Chart from the global navigation and then choose a template from the pop-up.

Previously, when adding or editing foreign keys in your schema, you'd select tables and columns by their display names, but it’s possible to have multiple tables, for example, with the same display name. To make it easier to find the table or column you’re looking for, you now select them by their SQL names, which should be unique. Read more about how to set up foreign keys in your schemas.
