Hi @Rajeswari Saravanan , if the issue is that the user cannot log into your Jira instance it could be that an admin has deactivated the account. Please go to settings > user management > users and find the user using the search bar. You should be able to reactivate their account by clicking the ellipses to the right. If the user has been deleted then you will need to creat a new account for them.

The link just goes to the documentation page. in any case I now understand that it is your Atlassian ID account. Please see the response from Nic above as I think that will get you moving it to the right direction.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

One quick check - can they try to use the account to log into id.atlassian.com ?  If they can log in there (they may need to try the password reset route too), then the account has been deactivated in one of your systems, not as a whole, and you'll need to talk to the system admins.

If they can't get into there, then; There are two ways you can have an Atlassian account:

Managed accounts belong to an organisation.  For example, the Atlassian account I use for work belongs to Adaptavist, and when I leave (hopefully for retirement rather than anything else), they will deactivate it.  If it is a managed account, you will need to talk to your administrators.

Personal accounts belong to the individual.  There are a number of reasons an account may be deactivated, but you will need to ask Atlassian to get it reactivated.  Raise a support request at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
